Apartment Movers in the UAE
Moving out of a flat is mostly about the building, not the boxes. Lifts have to be booked, security wants a permit, the loading bay closes at a certain hour and the neighbours do not want noise at 7am. We deal with all of that so you only have to pack your own bag.
Spring Field Movers moves studios, one and two bedroom flats and large penthouses every week. After a short survey, on site or by video call, you get a fixed written price, the number of men and the number of hours it will take.
On the day the crew arrives with everything already in the truck: new boxes, bubble wrap, tape, blankets, trolleys, floor covers and lift padding. Nobody has to run out and buy anything.
Permits, Lifts and Building Rules
Almost every tower in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah asks for a move-in or move-out permit, a copy of the tenancy contract and sometimes a deposit. Our office prepares those papers and sends them to your building manager before the day.
We book the service lift for a time slot that suits you and we pad the walls before the first box goes in. Door frames get guards and marble floors get covers. This is the part that protects your deposit, and it takes ten minutes.
If your community has quiet hours, we plan the noisy part around them. Weekend and evening slots cost the same as a weekday morning.

Packing a Kitchen Without Breaking Anything
The kitchen is where flats lose plates. We pack it separately and slowly. Plates stand on their side in strong boxes, glasses go into cell boxes, and knives are wrapped and taped before they go anywhere near a bag.
Anything open or wet is sealed first. Oil, sauces and cleaning bottles go in a lined box that stays upright, and the fridge is emptied and defrosted the night before so it does not leak in the truck.
Bedrooms are quick if you let us use wardrobe boxes. Clothes go across on their hangers and get hung again in ten minutes at the new flat, so the first night does not turn into a search through bin bags.
How Long a Flat Move Takes
A studio or one bedroom is usually three men and half a day. Two bedrooms take four men and most of a day, including building the beds again. A large three bedroom or penthouse is a full day, sometimes with packing done the day before.
You get one supervisor and one phone number for the whole job. If anything changes during the day, you hear it from that person.

How much does it cost to move a flat?
It depends on the size, the floor, the lift and the distance. Most one and two bedroom moves are the smallest jobs we quote. You always get one fixed number in writing.
Do you arrange the building permit?
Yes. Send us your tenancy contract and building details and our office does the paperwork.
Can you move me on a weekend?
Yes, and it costs the same. Many buildings prefer weekend moves anyway.
