Villa Movers in the UAE
Moving out of a villa is not the same as moving out of a flat. There are more rooms, more stairs, a garden, a store room and usually a few big pieces that will not fit through the door in one go. Spring Field Movers does this every week, so we come ready for it.
We start with a quick survey, either at your villa or over a short video call. We look at the beds, wardrobes, sofas, the fridge, the outdoor furniture and anything fragile like glass tables, mirrors or a piano. From that we tell you how many men and trucks you need, how long it will take and what it will cost. The price we give you is the price you pay. No extra charge on the day because a wardrobe was bigger than we thought.
On moving day the crew arrives on time with everything in the truck: boxes, bubble wrap, blankets, tools, floor covers and door guards. One supervisor stays with you the whole day, so you always know who to ask.
Room by Room, Not All at Once
A villa gets packed in an order, not in a rush. We usually begin with the rooms you use least, like the guest bedroom, the store and the majlis. Those get packed a day early if you want, which takes a lot of pressure off the morning.
The kitchen is packed on its own by the people who do it best. Plates go on their side in strong boxes, glasses go in cell boxes, and anything wet or open gets sealed before it goes near a box. Bedrooms come next. Clothes on hangers go straight into wardrobe boxes so you can hang them again in ten minutes at the new place.
Beds, wardrobes and dining tables are taken apart by our carpenters. Every screw, bolt and bracket goes in a small bag that is taped to the piece it belongs to. That one habit saves an hour of searching at the other end, and it is why our sofas and beds go back together the same evening.

01 Free survey
A visit or video call to count the rooms and the big items, then a fixed written quote.
02 Packing materials
New boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, blankets and stretch film. Nothing second hand.
03 Full packing
Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, study, store and garden. Or we pack only the fragile things.
04 Dismantle and rebuild
Beds, wardrobes, dining sets, TV units and gym equipment taken apart and put back together.
05 Floor and door protection
Covers on marble and wood, guards on door frames and lift walls, so you get your deposit.
06 Unpack and clear away
Boxes opened in the right rooms and all the used wrapping taken away the same day.
How We Pack Fragile Things
Most damage in a move happens because something was wrapped in a hurry. We slow that part down. Mirrors, glass table tops and framed art go into flat crates with foam on the corners. Televisions go back in their own box when you still have it, and into a padded screen box when you do not.
Chandeliers are taken down by hand, arm by arm, and each arm is wrapped on its own. Marble and stone tops travel standing up, never flat, because flat is how they crack. Plants, paintings and anything you tell us is special get loaded last so they come off the truck first and spend the least time inside.
We also write a simple list of what is going on the truck. You get a copy. At the new villa we tick it off together before the crew leaves, so nothing is missing and nothing is left in the old house.
Trucks, Crews and Timing
A three bedroom villa usually needs one large closed truck and four to five men, and it is finished in a day. A five or six bedroom villa with a full garden and a store room takes two trucks and six to eight men, and we often split it over two days so nobody is working at midnight.
Our trucks are closed, clean and fitted with straps and blankets, so nothing slides around on the road. If your new home is not ready yet, we can keep your things in our storage for a week, a month or longer, then deliver when you say the word.
We work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Moving between emirates is normal for us and does not need a different plan, only an earlier start.

How much does it cost to move a villa?
It depends on the number of rooms, how much you own and how far you are going. A three bedroom villa inside the same city is usually the smallest job we do in this category, and a large villa moving between emirates is the biggest. After the survey you get one fixed number in writing.
How long does a villa move take?
Most villas are done in one day, from the first box in the morning to the beds built at night. Very large homes are done over two days, with packing on the first day and moving on the second.
Do I have to pack anything myself?
No. We can pack every single item. Many people still like to pack their documents, jewellery and laptops themselves, and that is fine. Just keep those bags with you in the car.
Will you put my furniture back together?
Yes. Anything we take apart we put back, in the room you point to, on the same day. That includes beds, wardrobes, dining tables and TV units.
What if my new villa is not ready?
We move your things into our storage and keep them there for as long as you need. When your handover is done, we deliver and set everything up.
Is my furniture covered if something breaks?
Yes. Our crews are trained and insured, and we offer extra cover for high value items. If anything goes wrong we sort it out with you directly, not through a long email chain.
